Why now
As of July 8, 2026, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) requires importers of regulated consumer products to electronically file (eFile) their Certificates of Compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection at the time of entry. Entries from a Foreign Trade Zone follow on January 8, 2027.
There is no de minimis carve-out: if a product needs a certificate, that certificate has to be on file, or the shipment risks delay and added scrutiny at the port. EntryCert exists to make that filing routine instead of a scramble — the certificate data assembled, validated, and submitted before the container arrives.

No. Data is isolated per organization, and within your organization each vendor sees only its own products and shipments. One supplier can never see another's certificates, and nothing is pooled across customers.
Yes — that's a design requirement, not a hope. The portal loads no Western CDNs, no Google fonts or analytics, and no third-party JavaScript; it uses magic-link email sign-in and is fully translated into Simplified and Traditional Chinese. Being self-contained is the product's own principle — the same reason this page you're reading makes zero external requests.
