Why isn't there a number on this page?
Because the honest answer is "it depends on your operation" — an importer with forty styles and one factory shouldn't pay what an importer with two thousand styles and fifteen factories pays. Quoting against your real catalog and volume takes one short call, and you'll leave that call with a number and a live demo, not a follow-up sequence.
Are there per-seat or per-vendor fees?
No. Your team's seats and your vendors' portal accounts are all included. We don't want you rationing accounts for the exact people who should be in the system.
Is the AI metered separately?
No. Every lab report gets analyzed. A per-check meter would just encourage skipping checks, which defeats the point of a compliance tool.
What's the commitment?
A monthly subscription, billed through Stripe. The Terms of Service spell out the details — including that your data is exportable at any time, so staying is a choice, not a trap.
Is there a setup fee?
Standard onboarding is included — account setup, catalog load, vendor invitations, and connecting your CPSC certifier account. If your situation needs genuinely custom work (a special data pipeline, a private deployment), we'll scope and quote that separately, in writing, before anything starts.
